I love LactiGo because it really works for me! As a brand Ambassador, I promote LactiGo with my friends, family, teammates and on my social!

What is LactiGo?

LactiGo is an effective, fast-acting, topical gel (nothing to ingest) with menthol and carnosine that helps people maximize their athletic performance and muscle recovery.

LactiGo helps athletes excel by pushing their limits, then helps you recover faster during and after athletic activity.

Is it Safe for Competition?

I use this LactiGo whenever I race and really like it! It’s Informed-sport certified and has been banned substance tested for athletes’ assurance. LactiGo is a clean, proven way to enhance athletic performance and recover faster.

How do you use LactiGo?

Apply the LactiGo topical gel directly to the desired muscles 45 minutes before your activity, workout, or competition. Then apply another round of LactiGo after your activity to further aid in muscle recovery. I like to use it again right after my race or super hard workout as I cool down.

You should typically use around 8 pumps and rub it thoroughly on to your skin. It takes about 30 seconds to dry and if its drying too fast, then you likely need to use more. For racing, I usually use 4 pumps per leg and really focus on my quad, hamstring and calf muscles.

One LactiGo bottle covers around 10 full-body applications.

Who should use LactiGo?

People who take their physical fitness and athletic competition seriously from professional athletes to weekend warriors. The performance and recovery benefits help at every level!
